Our Story
We are Holly and Matthew Astin, a husband and wife team who has been building and designing homes together for over 8 years. Our goal is to bring joy to others by creating beautiful spec and custom homes. We take great care in crafting unique details, functional spaces, and stylish finishes.
Our passion for home building was ignited when we began building our first home in Western South Dakota. This firsthand experience taught us the difference between a house and a home. It's in the details, in the care, and in the consideration of individual needs.
We love seeing the joy on our customer's face when they walk into the home we have created for them. Every day, we roll up our sleeves and get to work building the perfect home for our clients. Homes we would want to raise our own family in. We can promise you a custom home that is personal, practical, ecological, and sustainable.
In addition to building your dream home, we are also enthusiastic about raising our four boys. As a family, we love spending time outdoors, we homeschool, and we are active in our church. You can see our love for our SouthEast Idaho community reflected in every spec and custom home we build.
